Born and raised on the pristine beaches and palm-tree lined streets of Naples, FL, Deidra was taught at an early age that people come first by a family centered around hospitality. After attending the University of Florida, she found herself drawn to an environment that fostered welcoming hospitality and memorable experiences. What started as a simple high school job turned into a 20+ year career that gave Deidra the ability to travel and live through the cultures and people surrounding her.

Deidra’s ability to develop, direct, and deliver sets her up to mix all the right ingredients needed to succeed in a Project Manager role. Whether it is creating a one of kind team, keeping a clear positive line of communication open, or ensuring every internal and external guest walks away with an unforgettable impression, Deidra is determined to deliver first class service.

When not quoting lines from her favorite show, The Office, you will find her traveling and cheering her stepson on the soccer field. With any other free time, Deidra spends time taking care of her small farm filled with loveable rescues – including three pitties, chickens, and a 150lb sulcata tortoise named Grandpa Henry.
