With well over a decade of experience leading creative initiatives, specifically in automotive training and events, Eric joins automätik’s creative team—for the second time—as one of our Executive Directors to oversee project teams and ensure the highest level of quality and service. That’s right! Eric served as the leader of the creative department for many years at automätik before taking a hiatus to pursue other opportunities, which included starting his own business, dabbling in multiple startups, and working with top Fortune companies.

Now, Eric returns to automätik with his deep knowledge of event and instructional design, outside-the-box approaches to content development, compelling facilitation skills, and leadership rooted in a commitment to coaching others. He certainly brings a seasoned, well-rounded perspective to our team.

In his free time, Eric enjoys his time away from the office by hanging out with his family, dining out, sampling fine whiskeys/bourbons, zoning out on the Xbox, and daydreaming of attending a Formula 1 race overseas.
