Making her automätik debut over a decade ago, Nicci has played a pivotal role in nearly every aspect of the client service experience.
You would be hard-pressed to find a memorable moment that she wasn’t involved with. Quite literally having grown up alongside our company, Nicci has graced automätik and its clients with a fantastic attitude, a keen eye for detail and an unwavering smile that go hand-in-hand with her dedicated attention to our account support team.
Our resident art aficionado, Nicci graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Art History and Design Studies. In her free time, you can find this avid ocean-lover making the annual trek to Hawaii with her husband and daughter to soak up the rays on the sunny shores of Maui.
Representing your company at a big client pitch meeting can be a nerve-wracking experience. The only things at stake are your pride, your reputation, the ramifications of losing the big account, your company’s quarterly financial outlook, the impact on your teammates, and your future job security. No big deal, right?
Client service is a learned skill, but, typically, professionals working in this space are expected to feel their way along with minimal training, learning from their mistakes, and often get advice from the wrong places. The Art of Client Service by Robert Solomon is a wonderfully written instruction manual that can help anyone be more successful in working with clients. Serving your clients is the most important aspect in the services business, and this book helps lay a solid foundation.
